Pilar is part-time with us and accepts
Tricare (COON), BCBS, Aetna, and self-pay
I am dedicated to supporting children, teens, and adults in slowing down to reflect, explore, and develop greater self-awareness of their needs, strengths, and overall well-being, as well as improving communication and relationships with others. I provide a supportive space to build emotional regulation skills, navigate challenging situations, process trauma and loss, and engage in meaningful healing and growth.

My clinical experience includes trauma-focused therapy, ADHD support with an emphasis on emotional regulation and executive functioning, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, parenting support, and life transitions. I also have experience as a school social worker, where I supported students and families in navigating school-related challenges, including collaboration with Special Education teams and guidance around IEP and 504 plans.
